Forgotten photos: Creake Abbey

As I'm still finishing my current roll of film, I have no new photos to share. After my 365 project this is a very bizarre place for me to be, usually I have too much to share ha. Luckily, I still have lots of other photos that I haven't shared here on my hard drive though, so don't worry! Though I am kind of amazed I haven't shared these photos yet...

I've actually edited these again since my first scan. These were in the first batches of colour film with my new scanner and I remember being so frustrated that the photos I envisioned just weren't there after scanning. It's hard to explain what exactly was wrong with them - I guess the phrase 'je ne sais quoi' - but I'm pretty pleased to say that in this second edit, I think I found what I was looking for! Hurrah.

Creake Abbey Part III

Some little details that I spotted walking between the Cafe and the Abbey, including a friendly horse and even more coins.

I've only used my Zenit E twice so far but looking at these again is making me itch to take it out for some more photographic adventures together, I really love the photos I can take with it.

Creake Abbey Part II

One thing we didn't spot whilst having our photos taken at Creake Abbey was the little shrine at the back of the ruin. I wouldn't have spotted it at all if my parents hadn't pointed it out on our second visit - but once you did start to see all the coins that we left in various places on the walls and ledges, you started to see them everywhere.
