A few photos from my weekend...

So right now I'm in bed with the laptop recovering from a night of illness and feeling a bit sorry for myself (I'm still loving the laptop - I'm typing and watching Enchanted* at the same time!)

Anyway here are a few photos from the weekend to keep you distracted until I can finish scanning the Holga photos from Wales (I just got them developed, yeay!)

Some cute horses near the bus stop (I've been wanting to take a picture of them for ages...)

A lone pansy, how cute!

My new toys from Boyfriend - I love M.O. (they're only about an inch tall but I love them)

Some tape from

Papermash

I won in Tea for Joy's giveaway - I love it and I'm getting another parcel as well apparenty, I can't wait

Ok, this photo isn't from the weekend - I just added it in to cheer myself up :) don't you love his smiley face - I can't wait to see him next month!

How was your weekend?

*My favorite feel good film - Amy Adams is perfect as a Disney Princess and I love the songs.

Things I've learnt from blogs this week... (and last week)

This week has gone by so fast! I'm so glad its Friday! I have made a dent in my reader but its still on 1000+, sorry to everyone who I've over loaded with comments on their posts from last week - oops! I've doubling up the links this week to make up for not doing any last week (that and I found so many this week)

  1. I know I've just got a diana but I want a fisheye camera too (in fact I have for years - why haven't I got one?!)
  2. I still love post its...
  3. ...and coasters....
  4. ...and chalkboard paint
  5. I love the picture of the sheep
  6. I want this pillow!
  7. Vintage keys might be my favourite thing at the moment
  8. On that note check out this key inspired giveaway too, I love...
  9. These photos really are magical
  10. I still love Holga's - dont worry - check out these two lovely ladies photos: Wendy and Evelyn - so pretty!!

I hope you all have wonderful weekends!

p.s. Hello to my latest followers: Tessa, This Lovely City (who has the most amazing wedding photos I have ever seen) and Fé...

I love Wales: Llanberis

Don't you just love Welsh names!

Llanberis was one of my favourite places in Wales - even though we only spent an hour stopping there for a picnic - it really was one of the prettiest places I have ever been. Based in Snowdonia National park near twin lakes at the bottom of the mountains, the views were stunning and Boyfriend (after dissappearing for a few minutes) managed to find the perfect place for us to eat by the lake and admire the views - he's so handy to have around :)

I also discovered a new love for portrait panoramic shoe photos in Wales - how great is it to have mountains and feet in the same picture! Oh and you can put them in Rollip at that size too.

Next time we go to Llanberis I want to get the train up the mountain - it looks wonderful!

Eeeeeeee!!

I've been featured on Diamond in the Rough... Go check out my Bio and 'Happy Thoughts' guest post* - its so exciting!!

I've had the link for Diamond in the Rough in my sidebar for a while now and I feel so honoured to be featured on the blog - its a wonderful idea and all of the blogs on there so far have been great - so check them out as well!!

Thank you so much to Hermia and Nicole for involving me in the project! I didn't think I could love Nicole any more than I already did but then she noticed my header - She's a girl after my own heart I swear :)

*please excuse my current obsession for Yo Gabba Gabba - I seriously love it!
