Dear Boyfriend...

Everything will be ok, don't worry. I love you

p.s. Thank you for letting me bully you into taking this photo - its my fave

*There will be more Wales photos tomorrow, I promise. A sore ankle (too much walking in the Wales) mixed with some bad job related news (bah) for Boyfriend has left us feeling a bit low so just a short post today.

p.p.s. Update 2019 - he’s my husband now :)

Diana Mini!

So not very long ago I posted this about the Diana Mini and yesterday I brought one off ebay! No talking myself into waiting for it like the Holga - no ums or maybe's. I saw it for £40 and I brought it! I'm so glad I asked for money for my birthday this year...

So here are some Diana mini photos to wet your appetite by from the Diana+ Mini group on Flickr.

1. Fallen cone phone box, 2. Untitled, 3. dianamini02, 4. 國家音樂廳疊片版, 5. img008 6.img008

I can't wait to take both camera's out to play soon - I think I'm going to have to come up with a nickname for the Diana as well though - Diana is a bit too obvious... Any suggestions? I quite like Didi...

p.s. I also got a half price facial and massage with my birthday booked for saturday - I can not wait!

I've been tagged...

The lovely Jessica has tagged me with 10 random questions and as I have had a sudden influx of new followers I thought it would be nice to share some of the answers with you :)
1. Two things that you can't leave the house without?

My Matthew Williamson purse from Debenhams - my sister surprised me with it last christmas - I have no idea how she found it as it was sold out pretty much everwhere!

My mobile phone - I am lost without it! I'm always ringing my mum or boyfriend, I take most of my photos with it and I can check the important things like Blogger and Twitter on there!

2. Favourite Flower

Pansies - I love the different colours and patterns!

3. Favorite Star Bucks drink?

I'm not a massive Starbucks drinker as I don't like coffee but the chocolate chip frappacino is perfect in the summer.

4. Heels or flats?

Flats!! I love looking at heels but I really can't walk in them and to be honest - I quite like being short.

5. Favorite type of movies?

Pixar movies and Studio Ghibli - films that make you happy!

6. Favourite Colour?

Yellow! I can not get enough of it at the moment.

7. Do you drink juice?

Nope - I mostly drink water.

8. Eyeliner or mascara?

Mascara - I wear it pretty much everyday

9. What type of shoes are you wearing right now?

Some battered, comfy black pumps for work - I really need to get some new ones.

10. What's your favorite smell?

Autumny smells - bonfires, hot chocolate, the smell of frost in the air... I can never pick one thing for this question.

If you're new to my blog please hi, maybe leave a comment about your favourite colour or smell... I love hearing from you :)

I love Wales: Beaumaris

I absolutely and completely feel in love with Wales - it was so pretty, spacious and incredibly relaxing and serene. The landscapes were so beautiful and the coast line was stunning. I want to go back already!

We stayed in a caravan in Rhosneigr on the Isle of Anglesey but everyday we went to somewhere different around the North of Wales. I took so many photos that initially I had no idea where to start so I picked a place at random!

Beaumarisis a historic coastal town situated on the Menai Straights (the river that seperates the Isle of Anglesey from the mainland of Wales) with views looking across the river and out to sea.

The town also has a number historic buildings including one of the oldest houses in Great Britain, an Edwardian castle and a Victorian pier which were all amazing. I was especially fascinated by the oldest house as it was so tiny compared to the buildings next to it and was currently being used as an estate agents - incredibly random.

My favourite part was sitting with Boyfriend on the pier - we could hear the local fishman talking (well shouting really, they were really funny), smell the fresh air and watch the people and boats go past, lovely.

p.s. There are going to be alot of Panorama photos from Wales - it was just the perfect format for the beautiful surroundings - shame I didn't always manage to line them up properly though...
