A lazy weekend...

This year seems like its been flying by too fast and we have been so busy. So this weekend we took it easy. I did a lot of crochet, we ate our food in the garden (when it wasn't raining of course... English summers and all that) and we chilled out. It was pretty perfect.

p.s. Timmy was Thomas's cat throughout his childhood until he went to Uni, I drew that picture of him when we first started going out (I also painted one for his parents too) so it must be about 9 years old now.

13. Home

I've been anxious about this prompt since I first saw it - in fact it took me a long time to realise the photo to use. A lot of things have changed lately, and physical buildings that I could show you, they're not my 'homes' any more and I didn't want to just show one thing anyway. I've always thought myself lucky in that I have lots of places to call home - lots of people in my life, lots of homes - physical, virtual and emotional homes - that make me happy, make me feel comfortable and all these people and places - our families, my parents, Harry, my sister, my friends,  my photos, my blog, my blog friends, reminders of the connections that I've made - they're all on this pin board in our kitchen and I love it.
