I'm sensing a pattern...

I never really look to take photos of certain things... I just snap whatever catches my eye. I'm often drawn to flowers and light coming through windows (those are whole other posts haha, just wait!) but I noticed looking through the last 5 or so rolls of photos that I've taken, that each one had a photo of a gate or fence in them! After a little explore in my archive, I remembered this post about a different gate - so maybe its not so unusual for me... but I was a little surprised haha. Maybe its the shapes they create?

Around where I live

I haven't added to this series for a while but moving house earlier this year has me walking a lot more around the area and I even get to walk past Kirkstall Abbey every day too! I usually stop at the spot I took the photo below to admire it - it really is lovely in any weather or season!

I took the last photo as my husband loves cats and this one was looking so intently at something to the left that it made me chuckle that it didn't even notice me. Of course as I went to take the photo it finally realised I was there and gave me the stare you can see above haha. Cats huh.

Single frame: Bradford

Inspired again by my blog photographer friend Jim - here is another addition of single frame! This one I particularly love - I went to take the photo and all of a sudden, the frame was intruded haha. Luckily I still got the photo and it came out in focus!

Can you see the invader? I think it was as surprised to see me as I was it!
