Forgotten Photos: People in Filey

I'm not usually one for taking photos of people, or even keeping them in frame if there are people around - but in 2015 I made a more concious effort to include people rather than exclude them and to try and have fun framing them as part of the photo too. 

Looking back, I'm quite pleased with how these turned out.

More re edited photos from the beginning of my scanning journey. Some of them are still a little bit yellower than I would have liked but overall, I'm so much happier with these than I was a year and a half ago, especially as I think they have some lovely details and moments captured in them.

Forgotten photos: Creake Abbey

As I'm still finishing my current roll of film, I have no new photos to share. After my 365 project this is a very bizarre place for me to be, usually I have too much to share ha. Luckily, I still have lots of other photos that I haven't shared here on my hard drive though, so don't worry! Though I am kind of amazed I haven't shared these photos yet... 

I've actually edited these again since my first scan. These were in the first batches of colour film with my new scanner and I remember being so frustrated that the photos I envisioned just weren't there after scanning. It's hard to explain what exactly was wrong with them - I guess the phrase 'je ne sais quoi' - but I'm pretty pleased to say that in this second edit, I think I found what I was looking for! Hurrah.

355-360 366 Project

So here we are, the penultimate post of my 366 series. As I write this post, the last 6 photos are still on a film in my camera... which feels weird as it means its been pretty much a month of no photos, but I've finally started carrying my camera around with me after a little break, which means new photos soon. And soon I'll share the last batch of photos for this series, eep!

355/366 - Table tennis fun at work! 

356/366 - How fun is this?! I love it. It felt a bit risky taking this photo inside, so I'm really pleased it worked out.

357/366 - Every year I dig out my santa hat for christmas which is so old that it still has my name stitched in it by my Mum from a time way back when my sister and I failed at sharing haha. 

358/366 - Another risky inside photo that didn't pay off this time. That blur is one tasty burger though I promise!

359/366 - My aunts dog insists that he finishes her cup of tea! :)

360/366 - My first Christmas dinner at Thomas's parents and I thought the table looked perfect. Hurray!
