Doggos at the beach

Have I returned to blogging with a dedicated blog post of photos of dogs - yes, yes I have.

Did you spot the puppy in the first photo?! I totally forgot I took that photo - so what a delight when I got that photo developed!

Burnham Overy Staithe

Lets keep going on the ‘photos I totally forgot to post’ train - the next stop is Norfolk and specifically, Burnham Ovary. Of course, now I’m feeling slightly homesick but also totally bamboozeled that I haven’t shared these before - because I simply love them!

When I was younger, I couldn’t wait to get out of Norfolk as fast as I could… can you believe that looking at these photos?! I can’t really either. But then I didn’t grow up in Burham Ovary haha, or any of the Burnhams. That would have been a very different experince I think. As I’ve gotten older, my appreciation for the beauty of Norfolk has definitely grown, and it was only in leaving the county that I really appreciated that even though places may seem similar, there really isn’t anywhere quite the same.

More Scarborough Love

As well as taking my new to me LC-A out and about recently, I’ve also been taking my Olympus OM-10 on little adventures. I feel a bit bad about my Canon EOS 750 gathering dust but its time will come again I’m sure.

We had lunch at Ask Italian (pea puree instead of tomato sauce on the base is my current new favourite thing - don’t @ me) overlooking the harbour and it was such a gloriously sunny day for it. What a treat!
