Shades of Yellow

I love the little lomography disposable camera! It was great to take out with us as I didnt worry about it was getting damaged or if the lens cap had fallen off - it was study and reliable - and any further use I get from it is a treat from now :)

This one above is actually half yellow and half not, can you tell? The yellow plastic was really loose and kept moving everytime I moved the camera - I ended up holding it in place with my thumb.
As with my holga, it wasn't until you got outside that the camera took on a life of its own!I particularly love the photos below - though Boyfriend said they looked dirty with the yellow lol.

Yeay for toy cameras and a weekend of taking photos! I can't wait to take more with it this weekend :)

I love mail! (and swaps!)

This weekend was so exciting!! I received my gift swap parcel from Erika (who's blog I totally adore - I was so excited when I saw who had sent it!) and I have to admit it is the most perfect gift ever!!

Chocolate, autumn feet photo postcards, lipbalm and look at all the yellow! I am seriously smitten with the owl purse - I used it on Saturday straight away...

and the yellow flash lomography disposable camera! Eep! Just perfect - we took out it on Saturday night as well and then went for a walk along the canal on Sunday just so I could finish it off!

Erika added that you can also reuse the camera so I included the photo of it open for anyone as curious as I was to see inside (haha) I'm picking the photos up today, hurray!!

Thanks Erika for the amazing present and Carly for hosting such a great swap :D

(Now all I need to do is get round to finishing the photoswap...)

Amazing Sponsors!

I am so excited to reveal For the easily distracted...'s new sponsors!
Especially as they are both shops that I adore!

First up is Mr Rabbit, Sir, a gorgeous new shop from Katrina of Pugly Pixel featuring gorgeous ribbons, ties, bags and my favourite bakers twine!

The colours are just beautiful and you know that I looove the yellow bags!!

Katrina also has some amazing things in her shop for valentines day and in response to the heartbreaking earthquake tragedy in Haiti, 5% of all Mr. Rabbit, Sir proceeds between now and Valentine’s Day will be donated to the Haiti Relief and Development Fund at the American Red Cross.

So if you love wrapping presents with ribbons, being crafty with cute tags and making things look beautiful - Mr Rabbit, Sir is definitely the etsy shop for you!
